28. Helmet or no helmet?
I’ve already answered this one here. While I’ll pull my helmet off if standing still and having a picture taken, I don’t ride at all without a helmet. Not even western, not even trail riding, not anything. I’m alive because of helmets so I know how important they are.

In addition, I wear a vest when riding at home. I have ridden on trail rides on vacation without it as there are some practicality issues that keep me from taking it everywhere with me, but I did bring it to Ireland since we were going to be going faster than a walk.

My husband is on a horse next to me also galloping. We each took pictures of the other.
